Eliminate supplier price update complexity

Beyond Plumbing is an online-first plumbing wholesaler. Like many distributors, they receive frequent pricing updates from suppliers — from monthly specials and quarterly adjustments to annual price lists.

Each supplier provides its own spreadsheet format, with different columns and structures. Every file needed to be manually reformatted before it could be imported into Salesforce.

The process was time-consuming and error-prone, taking up to an hour per spreadsheet to prepare and load.

We built a desktop app that allows Beyond Plumbing to import supplier price lists directly, as supplied, with the option to set a future release date for new pricing.

Processing time has fallen from up to an hour to less than five minutes per supplier feed — a reduction of more than 90%.

The app can also adapt as Beyond Plumbing adds new suppliers or existing supplier formats change. Using a Claude Skill, the team can create additional supplier "cartridges" and load them into the app themselves, without requiring further development from Bricoleur.

Streamline brochure generation

Dragon Variety is an importer / distributor selling to retailers, supermarkets, convenience shops and online stores throughout Australia, with over 660 products available.

Creating monthly special catalogues was time consuming and manual, with each catalogue taking up to four hours to build.

We redesigned the catalogue generation process using Claude - a new catalogue can now be generated within twenty minutes via a CSV import, reducing processing time by over 90%.

The next iteration will include the ability to produce customer-specific catalouges based on AI generated suggested orders.

For Bricoleur Technologies, we built an end-to-end AI-supported sales process, from initial lead profiling through to deep company analysis and stakeholder profiles.

Our team of agents maintains the current state of play for each account, updating organisational memory after every meeting. Meeting preparation happens automatically every Sunday for the week ahead, then refreshes as new meetings are booked.

SDRs and Account Executives have immediate access to up-to-date account and stakeholder context during meetings, with that same organisational memory flowing through to streamlined proposal generation.

The outcome we've experienced isn't simply a productivity increase — although we've achieved that as well. It has fundamentally changed the way we run our sales process.
